What: Presented by the Cultural Properties Review Committee, the Heritage Preservation Awards commemorate outstanding projects, individuals, and organizations whose contributions demonstrate significant achievements in preserving the heritage of New Mexico.
This year’s award-winners include:
Architectural Heritage Award to the City of Albuquerque’s Main Library
Heritage Organization Award to St. Theresa Community Center in Grants
Heritage Organization Award to the City of Las Cruces
Individual Achievement Award to David Kozlowski, SiteWatch Galisteo Chapter
Architectural Heritage Award to the Castañeda Hotel in Las Vegas
Lifetime Achievement Award to Human Systems Research, Inc.
The awards have been given out annually by the Cultural Properties Review Committee since 1973.
